| Car Wash – Shaker Saab Brook Park provides a free car wash with service. Our staff uses a combination of touch free machine and hand wash. Interior and Exterior Detailing Services are available by appointment at an extra charge. Ask our service staff for details. Cars washed weather permitting.
Loaner Vehicles – Shaker Saab Brook Park maintains a fleet of Saab Loaner Vehicles for use by our customers. Loaners are available to customers whose vehicle is in for scheduled maintenance, warranty or mechanical repair. Loaners must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Pick Up / Drop Off Service – Shaker Saab Brook Park’s staff offers Pick up and Drop Off Service with prior arrangement. We will pick up your Saab at your home or office, leave you with a Loaner Vehicle and return your Saab to you when it is done. This service is popular and staff is limited, so schedule early. Shaker Saab Brook Park’s Loaner Vehicle Policy applies, so please be familiar with the terms. Pick up and Drop Off Service may be geographically limited at the discretion of the staff of Shaker Saab Brook Park.
Ride to Airport – Shaker Saab Brook Park’s proximity to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport makes it easy to service while you travel. If your flight departs or arrives during normal Service Department business hours, we can provide transportation to and from the airport. Please allow extra time on departure to drop your car off at least an hour-and-a-half before your flight. If you depart or arrive outside of our business hours, through a special arrangement with local airport parking lots, we can retrieve your car, service it, and drop it off before your arrival. Park Place offers shuttle service to and from Cleveland Hopkins Airport 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Servicing while you travel will eliminate or minimize your parking expense. Ride to Rapid Transit – Shaker Saab Brook Park is conveniently located near the Brookpark Station of the Red Line (66X) which runs from East Cleveland through University Circle and Downtown to the Airport. We can pick up and drop off at the Brookpark station within a few minutes. Just call us several minutes before your arrival and we’ll meet you there. Ride To Work – Shaker Saab Brook Park offers rides to and from work with prior arrangement. We routinely travel to downtown and east and west side locations in Cuyahoga County. Ride to Work service may be geographically limited at the discretion of the staff of Shaker Saab Brook Park.
Waiting for Service – Shaker Saab Brook Park offers the opportunity to wait at the dealership while your car is serviced. We have a comfortable customer lounge with Plasma TV, a variety of magazines and newspapers and fresh brewed Caribou Coffee.
